Clause No.1: – CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION
(1.1) Santric Technologies requires Clients Certification regarding the Manpower Requirements on Letter Head / Official email duly signed by the Authorized Signatory, accepting the Terms & Conditions of Freelance Santric Technologies.
Clause No.2: – PAYMENTS
(2.1) For the standard package of 8.33% of the Annual CTC + Government Taxes as per the latest amendments will be paid by the client. to the Santric Technologies within 30 days from the Employee Duty Joining Date.
(2.4) The Annual CTC of the candidate would
include the following components:
Basic, HRA, LTA, Medical, Fixed Allowances, Retrials, Gratuity, PF, Bonus, all pool of Allowances, Perquisites as valued and any other assured sum.
(2.5) Government Taxes Includes Service Tax & if
any Taxes as ordered by the Indian Government
(2.6) Penalty will be impose a late fee equal to 1% per month on all overdue accounts.
In addition, you shall be liable for any collection or enforcement costs of collection in the event of late payment. You shall also liable to pay Santric Technologies any charges for dishonor of payments instruments, by cheque, ECS electronic payment, or any other method of payment instructions by the Client.
Clause No.3: – SERVICE
(3.1) EMPLOYEE REQUISITION FORM & JOB DESCRIPTION: Santric Technologies will gather the requirements and provide the Profiles of suitable resources, technical short listing & Interview finalization of the candidates done by the Client.
(3.2) ALLCOMMUNICATIONS WITH THE CANDIDATES and scheduling the interviews with the selected candidates will be taken care by mutual concerned. The Client will send information of a Candidate’s Selection / Rejection through written communication to the Consultant & it will be the responsibility of the Consultant to inform the Candidates accordingly.
(3.3) VALIDATION OF THE PROFILES: Resumes sent by us are not to be diverted or divulged to any other organization or individual without our prior approval. Santric Technologies have permanent rights on its Data Bank shared with the client.
(3.4) INTERVIEW SCHEDULE & REIMBURSEMENTS: – Interviews will be scheduled in the Clients recommended venue. In case of releasing any Press advertisement on client’s behalf, or traveling to other cities for selection and short listing, all expenses pertaining to advertisement and travel will be borne by the Client company in advance. In terms of Travel expenses incurred by the outstation candidates called for interviews by the client may be reimbursed directly to the candidate as per existing market practices. But Santric Technologies will not bare such type of reimbursement expenditures.
(3.5) OFFER LETTER TO THE CANDIDATE: -Upon the completion of the selection decision, the Client will inform the candidate of the selection through the written communication to the Santric Technologies. The Respective Client will issue an offer letter to the candidate and communicated to the Santric Technologies consolidated package to the Consultant for billing purposes and further Duty Joining of the selected candidate with the client.
(3.6) VALIDITY OF THE CONTRACT:
As Result Oriented Freelancing of the Recruitment and Selection the Validation of Contract will be taken on the Assignment Basis Each Required Positions should be submitted based on the requirements
Clause No 4: – REPLACEMENT
(4.1) Single time replacement will be provided with in 90 calendar days from date of joining.
(4.2) Should be intimated in writing by the client at least 30 days in advance and not less than Five calendar days after candidate has left.
